Liars, cheats and thieves. These creeps lead people to believe that they are purchasing health coverage that will provide more than adequate coverage for most, (if not all), hospital stays. This is NOT the case. The coverage is VERY limited and pays next to nothing towards a typical hospital bill. They hire agents with little or no health insurance experience or training and then train them to lie to consumers with regard to the coverage that they are selling to those unsuspecting consumers. The poor agents are used by the company and Branch Manager. Once an agent figures out what is really taking place with regard to their role in the overall defrauding of consumers, they are generally dead broke from several months of being run over by their Branch Manager and are desperate just to get out and find another way to support themselves. The company then starts pushing them to repay commissions that were actually "loans" or "advances" and use that tactic as a "lever" to keep them from "going public" with what is really taking place with this dishonest company. United American Insurance Company destroys people financially, and emotionally, both consumers and the unsuspecting agents that fall prey to their slick, fast talking recruiters and Branch Managers. I know, I was "one of them" for several years..

I had been turned down by several insurance companies, but was able to get approved through United American. Their rates are reasonable, I have had good customer service, they have paid their claims and I have been overall happy..

I have been a policy holder with United American Insurance since December of 2006. I have never been so satisfied with Health Coverage in my life. The thing that stands out with this company is honor to the customers. My agent Alicia Belz is a phonecall away at any moment to answer questions and resolve anything that comes up. This is Ann Lamon I had health claims sent to your company and it was for my granddaugher only tobe denied twice.she is a diabetic and the claim was sent in as workmans comp, they said it was denided of course. she is a diabetic so it was resent to claims and they denided again.This was 11-22-05 and still not paid I still say your company owes this claim to pathlab group in nashville Tn. I hope she never has to use your company again.Since then she has took out another company that pays ther claims..
